He Government of Misiones reported this Friday, December 25, through the daily epidemiological report on 46 new infections of coronavirus in the province and a death. The highest number of infected in 24 hours recorded to date.
The fatal victim suffered from various comorbidities (cachectic – anemia – hypertension – chronic kidney failure – chronic bedridden) and resided in Eldorado.
The 46 new cases correspond mostly to Posadas, who registered 23 infected. Likewise, Oberá reported 6, Eldorado 7, May 25, 4, Puerto Iguazú 3, San Javier 2 and San Pedro 1.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,092 cases of coronavirus have been registered in Misiones, of which 289 are active. On the other hand, the total number of deaths is 24 people.
