Ukraine wheat exports in 2020/21 will not reach projection of 17.5 million tons: official

KIEV, March 30 (Reuters) – Ukraine’s wheat exports in the 2020/21 season will fall short of the 17.5 million tonnes previously forecast, Deputy Economy Minister Taras Vysotskiy said on Tuesday.

The official said that the current pace of shipments is slower than expected and that exports total 500,000 tons less than what the portfolio had forecast for the date.
