Rolls on the back are one of the problems that plague us the most. We think that it is impossible to get rid of them, but we are wrong.

With a good exercise routine and a balanced diet, you can make those flabby folds disappear. They limit you to wearing necklines or very tight clothing.

Three exercises to say goodbye to your back rolls

The unsightly look that those rolls on your back give you it can disappear if we can burn the calories in this part of the body. So we show you this infallible routine.

1.- Mountaineer with twist against the rolls on the back

This is one of the most effective exercises to fight back love handles. To do it you should lie on the floor in a plank position. The arms should be extended and the palms of the hands on the ground.

Place your arms shoulder-width apart and spread your legs well, while keeping your abdomen contracted. Bring your right knee to your left elbow and return to the starting position. Next, repeat the same exercise with the left knee towards the right elbow. Do three sets of 10 reps, each alternating legs.

2.- Back sculptor

Get on the floor or on a mat or mat. Spread your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, Stretch your arms to your sides and bend to bring your hands to your head. Then keep your hips down and raise your upper body.

Plank with side lift arm

Another of the perfect exercises to say goodbye to back rolls is a variation of the iron which works to precisely target this area.

Adopt the initial plank position, leaving your body fully stretched. Spread your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your hips as static as possible while raising your arm up to shoulder height.

Come back to the center and then bring your other arm up to shoulder level again. As you do the movement, try to keep your body upright and your abdomen contracted. Repeat 3 sets of 10 times on each side.
