MEXICO CITY
It was inside the Río de los Remedios Metro station located on the corner of Avenida Central and Avenida Río de los Remedios in the Valle de Aragón neighborhood in Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico, where two men were attacked with bullets by a subject who managed to escape.
According to data collected by the municipal police, the events occurred minutes before 11 pm, when two young men who were being chased by an armed man tried to take shelter inside the Metro facilities where they were shot.
Municipal police and municipal rescue paramedics attended the scene, verifying the death of a 25-year-old man who was left at the door of the facilities after receiving three bullet wounds in the chest.
The other man was taken with two gunshot wounds to the body to a hospital near the area, where doctors report his state of health as delicate.
The area was cordoned off by the police to facilitate the work of the experts, who learned of the facts and transferred the body as an unknown person to the amphitheater of the Neza Palacio justice center, where the proceedings that may be found with the person responsible will continue. so far the escape continues.
Six percussion casings of a heavy-caliber weapon were scattered in the place, which were collected by the experts to integrate them into an investigation folder that the public prosecutor opened for the crime of intentional homicide and injuries from firing a firearm .
