“Wanted, fugitives from justice” is the text of a spectacular in which three characters appear who were once related to the cooperative and the sports club Blue Cross.
In the gigantic spectacular appear the photographs of Guillermo ‘Billy’ Álvarez, who was general director of the Cooperative and president of the sports club; Víctor Garcés, previously legal director of the cement company and vice president of the team, as well as Federico Sarabia, member of the Cooperative’s Council.
The ad is placed in Periférico Sur heading north, near Plaza Santa Teresa.
