Its official presentation is scheduled for April 13; but this three sketches of the Skoda Kodiaq 2021 They reveal some details of the renovation of the Czech SUV.
The Kodiaq was the model with which Skoda entered the successful SUV segment in 2016. It did so through the front door, betting on a large model with the capacity to transport seven passengers. Now the largest SUV in the range is back with a fresh look and technical improvements.
The sketches of the Skoda Kodiaq 2021
Although it will not be for a couple of weeks when we know all the details of the new Skoda Kodiaq, with the sketches that the brand has published we can advance some important information:
- The first sketch (in which you open these lines) shows what the frontal– With redesigned hood and straighter hex grille with dual slats. The headlights are now slimmer and combine with the underneath fog lamps to create a new four-eyed face. Another detail that stands out is the redesigned front apron, with a wider central air intake, framed on both sides by L-shaped trims and an aluminum-look insert.
- The second sketch is a close-up of the headlights remodeled. It clearly describes the two LED modules arranged one above the other, creating a characteristic light pattern
- The third sketch shows the rear lights, which now also have a slimmer appearance, replicating their counterparts from the front. They come with the typical crystalline structures of the brand, and form a flattened version of the classic Skoda C-shaped design.
The arrival of the KODIAQ in 2016 marked the start of the current ŠKODA SUV family, as well as the nomenclature of the models, which use names starting with K and ending with Q. Available with seven seats at the customer’s request, they have been produced more than 600,000 units of the SUV, which is offered in 60 markets around the world.
