As of this Friday, Ileana Villalobos Estrada, who since 2018 held the position of Secretary of Urban Development and Housing (Seduvi), assumes the title of the private secretary of the Head of Government.
Villalobos Estrada is a sociologist from UAM Iztapalapa and a teacher in Comparative Public Policies from FLACSO; He has a specialty in Energy and Environmental Policy and Management, also from FLACSO.
In turn, Carlos Alberto Ulloa Pérez, who was the private secretary of the capital’s president, Claudia Sheinbaum, becomes the new head of Seduvi.
Ulloa Pérez, has a degree and master’s degree in Public Administration from the Universidad del Valle de México, with studies in Senior Municipal Administration in the United Kingdom.
Sheinbaum Pardo highlighted the work of both officials and pointed out that this castling is only intended to strengthen both areas.
He also reported the arrival of Pablo Tomás Benlliure Bilbao, to the recently created Institute for Democratic and Prospective Planning.
Benlliure Bilbao, is an Architect from UNAM and a Master in Urban Planning from the same institution, has been an academic in urban planning and planning at UNAM, Universidad Iberoamericana and UAM Xochimilco.
He served as General Director of Development Planning at Seduvi; Researcher at the University Program for Metropolitan Studies (PUEM) at UAM-Xochimilco and general manager of Urban Design at FONATUR, among other responsibilities.
