MOSCOW, April 8 (Reuters) – Russia expects the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for global consumption of crude oil and petroleum products to last until 2023-2024, a draft government document showed on Thursday.

The draft, which describes the evolution of the oil industry until 2035, also shows that Russia could lose share of the world market due to restrictions on crude oil production and exports.
