Roland Garros: how the Top 10 ATP players will get to Paris

There is no doubt: the great objective in the short term is Roland Garros. But, of course, everyone has their own roadmap.

Before arriving in the French capital for the tournament that will start on Sunday, May 30 (one week after the scheduled date), taking into account the Top 10 of the ATP ranking, Rafael Nadal, Daniil Medvedev, Dominic Thiem, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Alexander Zverev and Andrey Rublev they will follow the usual path: they will play the Masters 1000 and only previous Masters 1000: Madrid and Rome.

Who made another choice is Novak Djokovic. The number one in the world said that he will take a break and will not be in Madrid but in the Italian capital and then in the Belgrade II ATP (from May 23), after falling in the semifinals in the first edition. Meanwhile, the Parma ATP, which will also be played in the week before Roland Garros, will not have Top 30 players (except last minute invitations).

And separate chapter for Roger Federer. The Swiss, before traveling to Roland Garros, will only play from May 17 in Geneva, where it will be the only Top 10.

In the same week it will be played Lyon, which lists Diego Schwartzman y Mateo Berrettini (champion in Belgrade I), adding both that scale to the mandatory Masters 1000.
