Peru elections 2021: what is my polling station and what documentation do I need to vote?

The 2021 General Elections are held TODAY from 07:00 am to 19:00 pm. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ONPE has established a staggered schedule, which governs according to the last digit of the DNI, in order to avoid crowds.

At this juncture, ONPE set up a portal so that citizens could change their polling place to one closer to their homes. If this process has not been carried out, the chosen polling place is left random.

  2. Once on the web, write your DNI number in the rectangle that is located under “Check your Polling Place and if you are a Polling Station Member”.
  3. do click on “Consult”.
  4. Another will appear window where it will be shown which is your polling place, with its respective address. In addition, you will be given the number of your polling station and the type of vote you will exercise.
  • It is worth mentioning that to exercise the right to vote in these 2021 General Elections only you need to load the DNI.
