Likewise, Pemex detailed, through a statement, that it is already trying to control the fire, caused by the loss of containment in the duct that transports production versus Two mouths. In the Coastal Separation Battery.
Similarly, Petróleos de México indicated that they will suspend the operation of the pipeline to repair it after the explosion. With this, an analysis will be undertaken to determine the causes of the event.
“Oleophilic barriers were placed and there are emergency assistance vessels at the site. So far there have been no effects on personnel and facilities, ”added Pemex regarding the actions against the explosion.
