Padres ‘Fernando Tatis Jr trolls Dodgers’ Trevor Bauer with one-eye homer

The Los Angeles Dodgers-San Diego Padres rivalry remains a must-see baseball.

With one or two eyes, it is the question.

In spring training last month, new Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer pitched the first inning mostly with his right eye closed, a training method he said he uses often.

On Saturday, Padres star Fernando Tatis Jr showed his feelings about the method when he homered to Bauer and appeared to cover one of his eyes as he circled the bases.

The Padres, who lost 5-4, were attempting the sweep in the series after losing two of three games to the Dodgers last week in San Diego. Rivals from the National League West are expected to be among the best teams in the National League this year.

And the rivalry continues to grow.
