Own House: The Government’s bet to build …

One of the newest aspects is that all homes will be paid for through a recovery system. Under this line, the Government considers it essential to achieve financing mechanisms that complement public investment. Faced with an ANSES that is not in a position to contribute resources, today the only contributor is the National Treasury. Hence, the importance that Ferraresi attributes to creating a capital market that contributes to the program: “We are working with the banks and the National Securities Commission to generate instruments that grant us resources under the concept that housing is a right and a job recovery trigger. What cannot happen again is that housing is a function of the financial system ”.

The program “Own House – Build Future “ also focuses on zoning and convert rural land to urban land. “The State is going to give up land.
