Reports from the National Water Commission (Conagua) foresee for today an environment from very cold to icy, this in the north and northeast of the country; Minimum temperatures of -15 to -10 degrees Celsius with frosts in the mountains of Chihuahua and Durango; from -10 to -5 degrees Celsius and frosts in the northern mountains of Aguascalientes, Baja California, Coahuila, northern Jalisco, Nuevo León, western San Luis Potosí, Sonora and Zacatecas; from -5 to 0 degrees Celsius with frosts in the mountain ranges of the State of Mexico and Tamaulipas; 0 to 5 degrees Celsius and possible frosts in the mountainous areas of Mexico City, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, northern Michoacán, northwest Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, Tlaxcala and Veracruz.

Similarly, snowfall and sleet are forecast in eastern, central and southern Chihuahua, the north and west of Coahuila, the northwest of Durango, the north, the center and the west of Nuevo León, the north of San Luis Potosí and the east of Zacatecas.
