Munich – Some of them are very young, have no previous illnesses – and are seriously ill with corona.
There are currently twelve corona patients in the houses of the Munich Clinic. They all have one thing in common, says Dr. Niklas Schneider, head of the intensive care unit at Munich Clinic Schwabing: “You have been vaccinated.”

The doctor worried about BILD: “We are currently seeing seriously ill people with a high need for oxygen and the most severe Covid pneunomies.”
There are 19 other corona patients in the normal wards in the Munich Clinic. Around 80 percent of these are unvaccinated.
The situation in the LMU clinics is similar. Here, eleven Covid patients are in intensive care, four in normal wards.
A spokesman: “In the intensive care units we consistently treat patients who are not vaccinated or who, due to a previous illness, cannot build up comprehensive immune protection despite being vaccinated.”
An observation that also makes the right of the Isar. There are currently five patients in intensive care units, 17 in normal wards. Dr. Christoph Spinner, pandemic officer at the university clinic, appeals: “The majority of the sometimes life-threatening illnesses could be prevented by vaccination.”
