INFINITI celebrates the all-new 2022 INFINITI QX55 arriving in showrooms soon, signaling a vibrant new era for the luxury automaker.
The QX55 had a notable production delay at the Nissan factory in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Strengthened by its commitment to delivering outstanding vehicles that are both powerful and compound, the way forward for INFINITI includes a roster of engaging and expressive vehicles, complemented by a renewed focus on driver and owner engagement.
“We look forward to a new era for the brand, with the same emphasis on excitement and total customer satisfaction,” said INFINITI President Peyman Kargar. “That starts soon with the bold new QX55, the QX60 later, and much more to come.”
First, the new INFINITI QX55 from 2022 will hit North American showrooms starting in April, with other key markets to follow later.
For consumers INFINITI offered a new digital reservation program with overwhelming success that allowed buyers to claim the opportunity to purchase their QX55.
The new QX55 offers generous standard equipment, including wireless Apple CarPlay compatibility, 20-inch wheels and smart all-wheel drive.
“Early reactions to the INFINITI QX55 have been positive,” said Jeff Pope, group vice president, INFINITI Americas. “We exceeded our booking targets in just a few weeks, which to me means that the daring QX55 is already turning heads.”
The QX55 is the only crossover coupe available with INFINITI’s innovative VC-Turbo engine that seamlessly alters the compression ratio to provide better fuel economy or power, as required by the driver.
Offered in three well-equipped models: LUXE, ESSENTIAL and SENSORY, the QX55 demands attention with its unapologetic styling, driver-centric design, technology and compelling dynamics that reward owners.
The new INFINITI QX60 three-row crossover, which was previewed by the superb QX60 monograph design study published last year, is expected to join the QX55 by the end of 2021.
Its price in the United States starts at $ 46,500.
