Through Decree 33/21, the Municipality of Posadas decided to suspend social and cultural events, shows and shows (whatever their nature) that take place in all Gastronomic establishments, Bars and Ice Cream Parlors.
On the other hand, the premises of this sector that offer table service may not exceed a maximum of 5 people per table, their non-compliance being subject to the sanctions that originate in accordance with the current legal regulations of the Municipal Order.
The biosafety and hygiene measures to be complied with by commercial establishments in the Gastronomic, Bars and Ice Cream sectors are also ratified, namely:
Temperature control for customers who enter the premises, as well as the correct sanitization or disinfection of hands with alcohol diluted 70/30 with water.
All premises must make the biosafety elements available to customers at all times: Alcohol gel, alcohol or bleach diluted with water for hand sanitization and / or object disinfection.
People who attend the establishments must enter with chinstraps or masks, which may not be removed until the moment they take a seat, they must also use it if they move within the premises and when leaving the place.
All those who perform any type of task in said premises, regardless of the same, that is, waiters, cashiers, cooks, assistants, assistants and / or any other worker of the establishment, must wear a mask or face mask.
It is recommended to display instructive posters on Security measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
This measure is adopted as a result of the progressive local advance of the virus and in order to enhance and maximize, not only prevention, but also the biosafety and hygiene measures adopted due to the carriage and contagion.
