A control judge in Mexico City (CDMX) linked process to Francisco “N”, former director of instruments for Urban Development, Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (Seduvi), during the past administration for the alleged crime of use illegal powers and powers.
- The above, because the ex-server is related with two other research folders, both for their probable participation in said crime.
In a statement, the FGJ-CDMX detailed that, during the initial hearings to resolve the legal situation of the now defendant, the judge determined to link him to the process in both cases with the precautionary measure of justified preventive detention and a period of two months for closure of complementary research.
Francisco “N”, former director of instruments at Seduvi, during the administration of Miguel Ángel Mancera, is held in the CDMX North Men’s Preventive Prison.
“The above, after qualifying as legal compliance with the arrest warrants, executed by elements of the Investigation Police (PDI) in the North Preventive Prison for Men, where he was admitted in recent days after being secured in Acapulco, Guerrero state, and linked to a process by a CDMX control judge, for the possible commission of a similar offense, but related in another investigation folder ”.
- The investigations indicate that the accused allegedly authorized irregular works in May and July 2017, when he was working as a public official of the Government of CDMX.
“Francisco” N “is presumed innocent and will be treated as such in all stages of the procedure, as long as his responsibility is not declared by a judgment issued by the jurisdictional body, in the terms indicated in the National Code of Criminal Procedures”, detailed the FGJ-CDMX.
