PARIS, Apr 19 (Reuters) – European Union soy imports in the 2020/2021 season that began last July reached 11.79 million tonnes as of April 18, data released Monday by the European Commission indicated.
The figure compares with purchases abroad of 11.52 million tons of oilseeds approved in the same week last season, the data showed.
However, last week’s data is incomplete because France only released grain sales figures as of April 15, according to the report.
