In the Emilio Lozoya case, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), led by Alejandro Gertz Manero, will prosecute next week the complaint made by the former director of Pemex before that agency, in which it involved several actors of the national public visa.
Without specifying who would be implicated, the FGR said that the investigation stems from the declaration of Emilio Lozoya from August 11, 2020.
“Next week will be prosecuted against who or who already have sufficient evidence, leaving the corresponding breakdown until the analysis of each of the reported cases is completed.”

In a statement, the agency said that the investigation file against the former director of Pemex It began based on complaints filed by the state company, on January 27, 2017 (Odebrecht) and March 7, 2019 (Agronitrogenados).

In this sense, he recalled that, after the arrest, in Spain, of Lozoya, who had a red card from Interpol, the FGR “carried out the extradition procedure, achieving a favorable agreement, in all its instances, by the authorities Spanish judicial ”.
