A tourist was treated this Monday morning when he had trouble breathing in Vallarta Port.
The events were recorded when the vacationer was walking along Los Muertos beach.
On the boardwalk, a young man suddenly felt dizzy, he was short of breath, and the municipal authorities immediately called firefighters, ”said Jesús Zaldívar, a beach vendor.
Civil Protection elements arrived at the place, to whom the tourist informed them that three days before he had been diagnosed with covid-19.
The man identified as José Manuel, originally from Puebla, He was transferred to clinic 170 of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) for medical attention.
Despite the fact that he could put tourists and workers in Puerto Vallarta at risk, the man would not be creditable to any sanction because his individual guarantees marked in article 16 of the Constitution would be violated, as explained by Salvador Segura Ibarra, coordinator of Health Services of the VIII Health Region.
