Public, executive, commercial transport and the Urban Articulated Transport Network (RUTA) will stop operating in Puebla from 8:30 pm to 5:00 am from Monday to Sunday, as a measure to reduce mobility in the state and with it, prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus, revealed the general coordinator of Civil Protection, Ana Lucia Hill Mayoral.
At a press conference, he indicated that, given the rebound in coronavirus infections, the government decided to restrict the hours and runs of the transport service.
He explained that the measure will be accompanied by breathalyzer operations to inhibit outings to family gatherings or festivities for the December season.
Hill Mayoral stressed that the people who incur a fault will be entitled to a sanction, both the user and the service provider.
Only emergency transfers will be allowed, which will be supervised by elements of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP).
The director urged all people who have gone on a trip to take shelter for 14 days and reinforce their care measures.
It is important to note that for the second time the government determined the closure of all non-essential activities.
