Covid-19 vaccine. IMSS announces mass vaccination

Health workers, doctors and nurses who attend the pandemic in the second and third level hospitals of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) in Mexico City will receive the vaccine against covid-19 in the next 20 days.

This Monday the immunization day continued in the vaccination module of the 81st Infantry Battalion of the Heroico Colegio Militar de Tlalpan.

During these days medical and nursing staff will go to get vaccinated from the General Hospitals of the Zone (HGZ) 24 Insurgentes; of the 48, of San Pedro Xalpa; from 27, Tlatelolco; of the 32, Villa Coapa; 1A Deer; 2A Trunk; 30, Iztacalco; 47, Vicente Guerrero.

As well as, the Regional General Hospitals (HGR) 1 Carlos Mac Gregor; on the 2nd, Villa Coapa; the General Hospitals of the Zone with Family Medicine (HGZMF) 8, San Ángel; and 29, San Juan Aragón; as well as the Family Medicine Units (UMF) 120 and 28.

The IMSS reported that also from the Hospitals of the La Raza National Medical Center: General, Infectious Diseases and Specialties; and the Hospitals of Specialties and Pediatrics of the Centro Médico Nacional Siglo XXI; and the Temporary Mobile Unit Covid Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

Vaccination modules are located within seven military installations: 24 Venustiano Carranza Battalion; 81st Tlalpan Infantry Battalion; 22 Miguel Hidalgo Infantry Battalion; Hospital Militar de Zona (HMZ) El Vergel, Iztapalapa; 6 Grupo Morteros SEDENA Naucalpan; Polígono Tepetlapa, Coyoacán; and the Central Military Hospital.
