Coronavirus January 7. New maximum of Covid cases in Mexico; add 13,734 in one day

Mexico accumulated in the cut of this January 7 131,031 deaths from Covid-19, with one million 493 thousand cases of confirmed infections of coronavirus, according to authorities of the Health Secretary.

In the last 24 hours, Mexico added 13,734 new cases and 1,444 more deaths, as detailed in a press conference from the National Palace.

Mexico reviews vaccine with Argentina

Mexico and Argentina began reviewing the plan to produce and distribute the Covid-19 vaccine, developed by the AstraZeneca laboratory and the University of Oxford.

The President of Argentina, Alberto Fernandez, met this Thursday with the Undersecretary of Prevention and Health Promotion of Mexico, Hugo López Gatell, to -among other actions- share experiences of both nations on what has been the pandemic produced by the coronavirus disease.
