Continues in induced coma | Menem

Former president Carlos Saúl Menem continues to be hospitalized, in an induced coma, in the Los Arcos sanatorium in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo, confirmed those close to the justicialist leader. There, the national senator is accompanied by his closest family, Zulema Yoma and his daughter, Zulema Menem. The former president was admitted to that health center on December 15 for a urinary infection where he later suffered a cardiac decompensation. The worsening state of health of the former head of state, 90 years old, occurs despite the fact that last Sunday his personal doctor, Luis de la Fuente, had stated that the urinary infection was being “overcome.” This year, Menem was also hospitalized for bilateral pneumonia, after which he was hospitalized for a picture of low blood saturation.
