This Thursday, December 31, Citibanamex users reported failures in some of their services, mainly in branches and, after three and a half hours of intermittence, the bank reported that it is already operating normally.
It indicated in a statement that this was due to a technical failure, which was resolved, so that customers were able to carry out their transactions through mobile banking, BancaNet and ATMs without setbacks.
“During the morning we present intermittences in some of our services in branches. As an alternative, our clients operated normally in Mobile Banking, BancaNet and ATMs. At the moment the service is already operating normally ”, he indicated.

However, some users through social networks indicated that they cannot carry out transactions through online banking and that they have problems to carry out operations in branches and ATMs.
