BUENOS AIRES, Apr 8 (Reuters) – The central bank of Argentina (BCRA) raised on Thursday 211,996 million pesos (about 2,295 million dollars) in Liquidity Letters (‘Leliq’) at 38% annually for 28 days, traders said .

The transactions yielded a contraction of 24,746 million pesos, before maturities of 187,194 million pesos.

– Exchange rate: 1 dollar = 92.39 pesos
