MEXICO CITY. – The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, said this Thursday that he estimates that, by April, most of the “most vulnerable” Mexicans will be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Last week, the country became the first in Latin America to start vaccinating its population against COVID-19. The state plan involves first inoculating about 750,000 health personnel who care for coronavirus patients, and then older adults.
