IBM Simon.

This device, launched in 1994, was the first smartphone in history. Its creator, IBM, incorporated a touch screen 15 years before the release of the Iphone. Its data processor allowed to send e-mails and although it was not popular (50,000 units were sold between 1994 and 1995 in the United States) it is one of the pioneers of the devices that we have in our hands today.
